Yes.
We can work on brand new systems, hollow down pipes, or used silencers only if the baffles are removed.
The baffles can collect carbon which can escape into our tanks through the plating process, and so we do not work on these complete pieces.
Over the years we have tried many processes to clean, drain the baffles but this has not been completely successful and has caused quality issues at our plant.
