We have updated our privacy policy and our site, applications for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.ashfordchroming.com and ashfordchroming.tudocommerce.com "site" where our clients and users can access documents and interact with us online (client portal)

This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by our services and web-site. It will notify you of the following:

Ashford Chroming allows you to post on our site and send via email images and content related to your restoration project; including photos, comments, links, and other materials. Anything that you post or otherwise make available to us is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you provide to Ashford Chroming.

How Ashford Chroming can use your content

You grant Ashford Chroming a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on Ashford Chroming solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using the Ashford Chroming Products. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict other legal rights Ashford Chroming may have to User Content, for example under other licenses. We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our policies.

Surveys and reviews

We may display a review on our site from an end user or customer. That review may contain their name, city and area. It may also contain that user wrote and a photo. If you want a review removed or edited please email: support@ashfordchroming.com

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to our billing provider Stripe in a secure way. Our client portal is also served in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.
